nyonya style

one fine day, me and my colleague went to lunch together at taman megah, this restaurant is located just beside famous amos, named Bayu Timor.. it's a furniture store but inside they serve food too.. the environment is very nice.. plus it's dim light inside.. all the furniture and decoration are for sale, is nice indeed but the price i cant afford.. :P


so we both ordered set lunch of the day, yes they have many set lunch for you to pick on each day.. i ordered nyonya laksa set come with 1 cold drink, coffee/tea and dessert which costed me rm18.90 (not included service tax & government tax), while my colleague ordered nasi dagang set come with 1 bowl tom yum soup, coffee/tea and dessert..


didnt take pix of my colleague's set lunch.. and forgot to snap a pix of the dessert.. they served nyonya kuih or brownie for the dessert..

such a heavy lunch.. i would like to go back again for the 2nd visit! lol..

hair cutting

suddenly wanted to write this post after transferring my pic to mac..
it's my mum and my cousin bro in the pic! hehe *my cousin bro is not crying, just feel uncomfortable with the scissors*

p/s: my mum is a hairstylist.. so i always done my new hairstyle without spending 1 cent :P

so it's the time again for all my small little cousin have a hair cut.. let me count.. 7 little cousins.. as usual my mum will bring her tools to one of my aunty's house and all my cousins will automatically line up for the hair cut.. and kid's hair normally grow very fast and their teachers also very strict to them too.. it's kinda cute to look at all my cousin having hair cut.. some even wanted to act brave volunteer themselves to be the 1st one.. kids nowadays.. *tsk tsk* after 1 by 1 getting hair cut, then they'll go and bath and after bathed they'll come out again and show my mum how was their haircut.. just a small kids only they know how to dress up them self wei.. i still remember i used to cry after having a hair cut cause my mum will trim my hair to very very short.. like boy cut, and that time chinese primary school dont allowed girls to keep long hair except you are a dancer or gymnast..

well.. memory again.. guess kids nowadays are much more happiness to have all kinds of toys and computer games.. yea speaking to computer games.. now they are so expert to find all games in the net.. and start using msn and email to chat.. aih.. i only got my computer during form 4.. technology now is growing so fast and kids are so smart ady.. phew*

such a hard work to finish it..
1st hafta cut pp hollow then paste on to the surface..
then put partition in the center..
then fold it and stick it..
DONE!

Doing 1 each takes like 2hrs?

went to mid valley and the garden last weekend.. shop and eat!
guess where we dine in?

itallianies! good ambiance and good food! foods served in a very big portion too!
it's located on the 3rd floor in the garden if not mistaken.. too bad is the view outside is not nice.. but never mine.. we both still enjoy our meals..

wonder why momo recently wear so colorful shirts.. and he still keep on buying all the colorful shirts.. maybe kena poison from me? lol.. but i still stick back with my black shirts..

then went over to mid valley to do our shopping (too expensive to shop in the garden :P plus the clothes there not suitable for me..) as usual the must-visit store.. mng is having 30% sales but couldnt get any nice clothes for me.. in love with the zara doggie jacket.. bought 2 pairs of bottom in topshop *yay still having sales* 1 skinny jeans & 1 grey shorts.. bought 1 silver necklace in diva, cant find my heels in vincci *my heels is broke, i need to find another pair* spotted a nice fossil watch too! blargh!! all my cash are gone! momo only got 2 shirts from topman.. keke.. cant beat me in shopping *bleh*

ohya before i forgot.. happy belated birthday to my uncle and aunty! spend a meal with my lovely family! $$ gone again..

and finally my CLiK - cute little kenari :P (finally i've name it) went for a tint! lalala.. at least now you wont get sun burn ady.. lol.. planning to color my CLiK to sweet magenta or pink very very soon.. (or maybe white?) i mean when i have enough money :p okay.. another $$ gone..

so conclusion: no shopping no outing for the entire month! sigh.. i guess i need to bring my lunch box to office also! just beginning of the month ler.. :(

nah that's not enough.. recently i just bought a mutual fund from public bank.. influence by my mum.. part of my saving (the saving is before i started work, all my ang paos money.. keke) is been invest to the mutual fund.. and each month i need to pay for the installment as well.. hmm.. i guess it's good for me to stop spending so much.. but in the other hand i need to cut all my unnecessary spending.. hmm..

all about money money and money now!
should start thinking how to earn more big money *ngek ngek*
aiks.. work harder la!!
